The 4th Session of the World Intellectual Property Organization's Permanent Committee on Cooperation for Development Related to Intellectual Property was held April 14-15 in Geneva. The main business of the meeting was to discuss a proposal to broaden the scope of the Committee. The meeting failed to reach a conclusion.
