Botswana provides patent exceptions for discoveries, scientific theories,
mathematical methods, aesthetic works, schemes, rules or methods for
doing business, performing a mental act or playing a game, programs
for computers, methods for treatment of the human body or animal body
by surgery and diagnostic methods practiced on the human body.
