Sisule Fredrick Musungu is a consultant on intellectual property at the South Centre and is part of the Centre’s Trade Unit which is responsible for the international trade and development programme. He holds a masters degree in Law and is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He was deeply involved in the debate, between 1999 and 2001, to include public health safeguards into the Kenyan Patent legislation. He has also previously worked as an associate in the law firm Hamilton, Harrison and Mathews.
